Job Description
Maintain and update master data in SAP Plant Maintenance
Manage the effective functioning of SAP to support maintenance planning and work order dissemination
Plan, prioritise, and allocate routine and non-routine maintenance tasks across critical infrastructure
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and scheduling
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards
The Successful Applicant
Proficient in SAP PM and CMMS software
Strong background in maintenance planning, ideally in industrial or scientific environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to work independently and within a team of experienced planners
Holds or is eligible for Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen preferred; PR considered)
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities
