Performance Marketer About the Role As a Performance Marketer you will manage eCommerce accounts end-to-end, focusing on driving measurable growth through paid media. You’ll be responsible for building, optimising, and analysing campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google. Beyond execution, your role is to connect marketing performance to real business outcomes. You will use data, testing, and financial insights to identify growth opportunities and help scale client accounts. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and developing into a more strategic growth-focused marketer. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google aligned to client goals Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve results and efficiency Analyse performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights Use key financial metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, contribution margin) to guide decisions and forecasting Deliver regular performance reports (written or video) with insights and recommendations Understand each client’s business model, target audience, and growth opportunities Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance and drive incremental growth Work closely with creative and ad operations teams to test and improve campaigns Take ownership of client results and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical and strategic skills Skills & Experience Experience running Meta and/or Google Ads (ideally in eCommerce) Understanding of key marketing metrics Experience supporting campaign optimisation (e.g. creative testing, bid adjustments) Able to follow campaign structures, processes, and pacing guidelines Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver tasks reliably Clear written communication skills Willingness to learn and develop both technical and commercial skills Positive attitude and growth mindset The Benefits: A fully remote role on offer, with a flexible working schedule to fit around your life An unparalleled career progression plan that is truly market-leading and way ahead of industry's standards An in-depth 6 week onboarding plan when you start, to ensure you are fully set up for success Weekly training sessions to continuously advance & grow your technical knowledge and support your professional development The opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest brands in eCommerce, both locally in Australia, and around the world!
