About the Role
* Strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in motorcycle diagnostics required.
* Competitive pay ranging between $45.00 to $55.00 per hour inclusive of leave loading.
* Location: Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately diagnose and service a variety of motorcycles from several premium manufacturers.
* Conduct routine servicing and replace components to ensure peak performance and safety.
* Inspect mechanical and engine systems to identify issues and maintain safety standards.
* Perform post‐service testing to confirm the reliability and compliance of motorcycles.
* Offer professional advice to customers and collaborate with supervisors on maintenance plans.
* Maintain meticulous service and repair documentation for quality control and regulatory compliance.
* Mentor apprentices and actively participate in training sessions and team meetings.
* Uphold workshop health and safety practices consistently.
