Who we're looking for?
Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience in marketing or brand management. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent. Advanced in Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams & InDesign. Event Management experience. Strong understanding of all digital media platforms. Basic understanding of the property industry preferred.
The role
In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing for Oasis Shopping Centre delivering marketing strategy for a portfolio to not only boost sales but improve the value for the retailers through solutions that will drive more traffic into our shopping centres.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and promotions plan, ensuring activities drive increased sales and foot traffic. Manage brand consistency while creating, updating, and monitoring all marketing materials, digital channels, and communication calendars. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and opportunities, ensuring data insights inform strategic marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and build strong, positive relationships with retailers, clients, and community partners.
