The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming leasing enquiries with a high level of professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Process applications, complete reference checks, and support leasing decisions
• Follow up with prospective tenants to drive applications and reduce vacancy
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and the property management team
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
• Track leasing performance including enquiry levels, time on market, and conversions
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in property management or leasing
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
• Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Someone motivated to build a long-term career in real estate
