We are currently seeking the services of a committed Technical Sales Engineer to add to our team to further assist in our growth in the Western Australian market.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential clients who include consulting engineers, specialist dealers, commercial & trade contractors
Generating awareness through presentations and training, including the creation of training contents for both internal and external stakeholders
Preparing, submitting and following up on design recommendations, tenders and quotations
Processing of orders and data entry
Providing technical support to clients to properly design, install, commission and troubleshoot the systems
Attending and assisting in product exhibitions and trade shows
Qualifications
Outstanding communication, problem solving, negotiating and relationship building skills
Air conditioning or plumbing industry experience including systems application
Mechanical engineering or tertiary trade studies
Experience with air-to-water heat pump products including secondary sides such as tanks, fan coils, panel heaters, underfloor heating & thermostats etc.
Strong presentation skills with exceptional customer service
Motivated, enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to manage a range of key, complex tasks at a consistent, high standard
Ability to work independently and as part of a team across a range of different products
