Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of 10+ merchandisers
* Coordinate store refits, product moves & equipment installs
* Allocate tasks and ensure project targets are achieved
* Run toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
* Train and mentor new staff to APS standards
* Ensure OHS and company procedures are followed
* Provide daily project updates to the office
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in leading teams
* Supermarket or retail merchandising experience
* Knowledge of planogram implementation
* A hands‑on leader who supports and develops team members
* Strong communication skills with staff, managers & clients
* Knowledge of workplace health & safety standards
* Flexibility to travel regionally when required
* Essentials: Smartphone, driver's licence & reliable car
