We are seeking a friendly, professional and motivated Administrative Assistant to join this well-established business located in the Nowra area.
This is an important position as it requires a high level of attention to detail, providing necessary support to the QA team on a daily basis.
**The position is offering fulltime hours, Monday to Friday paying $32.20 per hour.**
**Duties**:
- Providing support to the QA team
- Document control
- Cross referencing forms
- Front desk/reception duties
- Meet and greet visitors - COVID screening upon arrival
- Archiving hard copy documents
- Purchase orders
- Printing, scanning, filing paperwork
- General office administration duties - petty cash, mail, banking and the upkeep of stationery
**Skills and Experiences**
- High level of attention to detail a must
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge with SharePoint software advantageous
- Previous experience working in a similar role or a warehouse environment preferred
- Previous experience with shipping documentation highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks
- Able to work autonomously
