The Chance
As a QSE Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving the site's Quality, Safety and Workplace (QSE) Management System, ensuring compliance with internal frameworks, regulatory obligations, and Brand Partner requirements. Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will work closely with operational leaders and national stakeholders to support governance, audit readiness, systems integration, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Predominantly based onsite at our Moorabbin manufacturing facility, this role is highly team-oriented and suited to someone who enjoys partnering with operational teams to strengthen compliance, drive process improvement, and support a solid quality and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and continuously improve the site QSE Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and license to operate
* Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including FSSC, ISO, ISO, ISO * and ABWI certifications
* Manage corrective action programs, including root cause analysis, action tracking, governance, and closure processes
* Maintain effective document control systems and support alignment to nati
