About the role
Based at our Elizabeth site, we are seeking an experienced, motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team full‑time. Reporting to the General Manager, you will handle incoming orders, raise credit notes, invoice, receipting, reconciliations, data entry, filing, reporting, and answer incoming calls. You will also respond to customer enquiries and provide general administration support.
Duties include:
- Liaising with customers regarding day‑to‑day business
- Maintain and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process customer orders and support distribution functions
- Support invoicing and credits and raise purchase orders
- Manage and update documentation and processes
About you
In addition to the above duties you will be responsible for generating sales orders, communicating with customers for daily business matters, creating purchase orders, receiving goods, and coordinating outbound stock with clients.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Officer role or a similar administrative role (highly regarded)
- Fluency with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system NAVISON
- Customer and supplier web‑based portals navigation
- A good understanding of basic accounting practices
Prior to commencement you will also need to:
- Driver’s licence
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification (driver’s licence or proof of age or Medicare)
