Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise prisoners to guarantee their safety and well-being
* Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs
* Collaborate with other officers to maintain a secure and respectful environment within correctional facilities
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Correctional Practice, or equivalent qualification
* At least two years' relevant experience in correctional services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
