Overview
Head of Product Design at CoStar Group. Lead a high-performing design team to craft intuitive, human-centred solutions across the product ecosystem, including Residential, Commercial, and SaaS offerings. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll define and drive the design vision and shape how design contributes to strategy and execution. What You'll Be Doing
Bring the vision to life: Champion a clear, strategic design vision that aligns with business goals and enhances user engagement, retention, and conversion. Design at Scale: Ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-performing experience across platforms, backed by scalable design systems. Drive Outcomes: Measure and optimise the impact of design through user satisfaction, adoption, and business KPIs. Collaborate Deeply: Embed design thinking into every stage of product development alongside Product, Engineering, Marketing and Research. Grow the Team: Foster a high-performing, inclusive design culture with clear career paths, mentorship, and continuous learning. What Success Looks Like
A cohesive and consistent user experience across all products, even under complexity or scale. Design embedded into cross-functional ways of working, influencing product discovery and roadmaps. A strong, empowered team of Designers and Managers doing the best work of their careers. Business results that reflect design’s value: better engagement, retention, and satisfaction. What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 10+ years in product design (UX/UI), including 5+ years in a design leadership role. A strong portfolio that reflects user-centred, data-informed design solutions across complex products. Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration. Deep knowledge of design systems and scalable design practices. A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
