At Goodstart, we are looking for a Senior Educator to take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of educators in a nursery setting, ensuring high-quality early childhood education.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all children and staff.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current TAS Working with Children Check
