We're expanding our passionate team and are seeking an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator who shares our commitment to creating an environment where children and educators thrive.
The Role
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:
* Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
* Create engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning environments
* Implement the EYLF and NQS in daily practice
* Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation and reflection
* Support the growth and wellbeing of children through responsive interactions
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators
* Guide and mentor team members, offering leadership when required
* Champion safety, wellbeing and regulatory compliance
About You
You are an educator who values professionalism, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood. You bring:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in a long day care environment
* Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and child-centred learning
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to contribute positively to centre culture
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
* Understanding of child protection legislation
* A warm, respectful and reflective approach to teaching
