Village Motors, is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our growing team. The ideal person will have relevant F&I qualifications together with industry experience in finance and Insurance within a high volume brand; and a natural engaging customer service focus when offering F&I options to our valued customers.
Responsible for:
* Presentation, Introduction and Selling of all Finance, Insurance
* Working closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals
* Managing the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents
* Maximize Sales Results for the dealership
* Achieving Sales Targets
From You:
* experience in Finance & Insurance within automotive industry
* strong computer literacy skills
* excellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needs
* responsibility & accountability for achieving F&I targets
* attention to detail
* a professional and positive attitude
* interpersonal skills, building & nurturing strong relationships internally and externally
* Hands on team player that is not only office bound
