Food & Beverage and Gaming Attendant
About the Role
As an Attendant at Hotel Commonwealth, you will work across a variety of service areas depending on experience, including:
Food & Beverage
* Providing friendly, efficient, and professional service
* Taking orders, running food, pouring drinks and processing payments
* Working across restaurant, bar, and café operations
* Assisting with daily venue set-up, service and pack-down
* Creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures guests have a great experience
Gaming
* Delivering attentive and compliant service within our gaming lounge
* Assisting guests with machine payouts, basic troubleshooting, and customer enquiries
* Maintaining a safe, clean and supportive gaming environment
* Adhering to QLD gaming regulations and venue procedures
Casual positions available, with 20–38 hours per week for the right applicants.

About You
We're looking for hospitality all-rounders who bring:
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Gaming, Bar, or Café service (preferred but not essential)
* Current RSA (essential)
* Current RSG (preferred; required for gaming shifts)
* A positive, team-focused attitude and passion for customer service
* Strong communication skills and great personal presentation
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
