The Role as Principal Environmental Scientist, you will provide expert technical guidance and strategic direction across a diverse portfolio of environmental projects.
You will work closely with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, sustainable outcomes, and high-quality project delivery. You will also contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow market presence and strengthen long-term client relationships.

- You are a respected environmental professional with strong industry networks and a proven track record in consulting.

- Extensive experience in client relationship management within consultancy environments.
- Proven leadership in technical excellence and project delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and resource planning capability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence presenting to clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- A collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications (e.g. Certified Environmental Practitioner - Site Contamination, Certified Professional Soil Scientist) are desirable but not essential.
- Significant experience in project management and leadership will be highly regarded.
