This role is responsible for post‑sales and post‑project implementation, ongoing operational support, and service delivery activities, ensuring the team consistently provides exceptional customer service and support outcomes. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage customer service order processing from internal teams, external customers, or channel partners Oversee safe and efficient warehouse operations, including receipting, processing and dispatch Liaising with new customers to coordinate maintenance contract setup and compliance with SLA and KPI requirements Supervise service desk workflows, planned maintenance, and fault response activities Leading the technical services workshop, including radio system repairs, maintenance, field services, product support and assembly Managing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance agreements, service quality, operational efficiency and financial outcomes. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and contractors. About you Min of 5 years’ experience leading a customer service, service delivery or technical services team in an engineering or product development business.
