Branch Manager – Broome
Due to the continuous investment in NAB's retail operations, we are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager in our Broome branch. Please note that we will pay relocation and related costs for the right candidate.
As the Banking Community Leader, you’ll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB’s values and make a genuine impact on the community. You will be required to build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to help meet their banking needs, and be an advocate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB’s products and services. * Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team.
* Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross‑sale opportunities.
* Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring team members understand the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy.
* Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch.
* Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
* Track record of experience in management, with the ability to inspire and influence others – no banking experience required.
* A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile.
* Ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self‑motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience.
* A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
* An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.
