* Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
