**TEN Recruitment **are working in partnership with one of the largest builders within the residential sector and we have been asked to source for an experienced
**Scheduler**. The successful applicant will be joining our clients scheduling team to assist with the development of detailed schedules for signal storey homes throughout WA.
**Your responsibilities may include**:
- Undertake scheduling and quantity surveying activities.
- Effectively identify and resolve problems throughout all phases of construction.
- Raise purchase orders for jobs to commence on site.
- Liaise with supervisors, suppliers and the project team to ensure schedule is being followed and deadlines are either met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with drafting and prestart staff to discuss the scheduling requirements for the project.
- Provide construction and pre-start variations.
- Preparation of relevant contract documentation.
**Essential criteria**:
- 2x years scheduling experience within the residential building industry.
- Ability to understand and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Strong knowledge of the WA residential construction industry.
- Sound understanding of construction methods and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
