Job Description
We are seeking a skilled facilities officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing facilities, including asset management, maintenance, and project coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including coordinating maintenance requests, managing helpdesk data, and overseeing infrastructure disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in managing facilities, including asset management, maintenance, and project coordination
* Strong customer service focus with flexibility to perform varied operational tasks
* Skilled in reading as-built drawings, HVAC designs, and technical documents to resolve complex issues
* Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with sound judgment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and general IT tools
