Job Description
* Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business drivers and deliver commercial insights.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, business case modelling, "what‑if" scenarios, and risk/opportunity analysis.
* Prepare and interpret management reporting, including financial results, projections, and variances.
* Build trusted relationships across Finance and the wider business while providing objective financial advice.
* Support external reporting requirements, including investor relations deliverables.
* Partner with Finance Services to ensure strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards.
* Contribute to audit processes and collaborate with external auditors for your allocated business segment.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve data accuracy, increase efficiency, and strengthen insights.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
* CA/CPA qualification.
* 3‑5 years post‑qual experience, ideally in a listed or large complex organisation (tech/SaaS highly advantageous).
* Strong foundations in technical accounting (Big 4/Mid Tier audit background a bonus).
* Ability to analyse complex information, build financial models, and communicate clear commercial insights to stakeholders.
* Highly organised, with excellent planning, prioritisation, and workflow management in fast‑paced environments.
* Strong interpersonal skills, relationship‑building capability, and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Skilled in process improvement and systems enhancement, with confidence handling large data sets leveraging advanced excel formula.
