The position is within SPHERE and focuses on leading SPHERE's communication strategy, increasing visibility, and supporting partnerships and stakeholders through clear, timely, and effective communication across digital, internal, and external channels.
Responsibilities
* Lead SPHERE's communication strategy to amplify the impact of SPHERE's research, clinical innovation, and partnership activities.
* Strengthen SPHERE's visibility and support strategic engagement with partners and stakeholders through clear, timely, and effective messaging across digital, internal, and external channels.
* Promote awareness and engagement in SPHERE's strategic direction by working with internal and external publications, including website content, social media and written content.

The ideal candidate should have a variety of skills to manage internal and stakeholder relationships and advocate for partnerships aligned with SPHERE's core values.
* Attention to detail in content creation, branding, and messaging accuracy, ensuring communications are polished and aligned with SPHERE's strategic direction.
* Critical thinking to analyze information, interpret complex ideas, and transform them into clear narratives that support organisational goals.
* Relationship building to foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders and enable collaboration and growth of partnerships.
* Experience with digital tools (e.g., Wordpress, Canva, Mailchimp, Coda, Notion and/or Eventbrite).
Selection Criteria
* Qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic communications within research, health, or higher education sectors.
* Experience managing websites, social media, and digital content systems.
* Demonstrated success delivering events or projects with diverse participants within an organisation.
