We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join the Helensburgh and Lochside District Nursing Team on a fixed‐term basis until 20 October 2026.
The post holder will work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families and carers within the community setting, supporting admission avoidance and facilitating early supported discharge from hospital.
Responsibilities
* Deliver planned programmes of community care for individuals, families and carers.
* Support admission avoidance and facilitate early supported discharge from hospital.
* Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Previous community experience desirable; newly qualified nurses welcome.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (rural geography).
