Are you a passionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist looking to grow your clinical skills in a supportive, values-driven team? Beachside Exercise Physiology is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated EP to join us at our Mordialloc clinic.
This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to be part of an integrated allied health team that genuinely changes lives through evidence-based exercise medicine.
About Us
Beachside Exercise Physiology delivers evidence-based exercise physiology services from our Mordialloc clinic, with mobile services across Greater Melbourne.
We work with clients across Medicare (Chronic Disease Management Plans), NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, TAC, and Private Health Insurance, providing personalised, goal-directed programs that deliver real, measurable outcomes.
Our integrated model brings together Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, and Diabetes Education under one roof, meaning you'll collaborate with professionals across disciplines every single day.
The Role
Position: Accredited Exercise Physiologist Employment Type: Full-Time Days: Monday – Thursday (4 days per week) Salary: $72,000 – $85,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Day-to-day you'll be
* Delivering individual and group exercise physiology consultations across Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, TAC, and private fee‐for‐service
* Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing reviews with measurable goal‐setting
* Collaborating with our in‐house dietetics and diabetes education team on complex client cases

Our Culture & Team
We're a close‐knit, genuinely supportive team that believes great clinical outcomes start with a great workplace culture. We celebrate wins, share the load on tough days, and invest in each other's growth.
You'll join a team of EPs who are curious, collaborative, and committed — clinicians who take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. We back each other, challenge each other professionally, and genuinely enjoy showing up.
Our culture is built on three things: clinical excellence, client‐centred care, and a team‐first mindset. If those resonate with you, you'll fit right in.
Learning, Development & In‐House Education
We're serious about helping our team grow. Here's what that looks like in practice:
Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Meetings — Regular structured MDT sessions with our EPs, Dietitians, and Credentialled Diabetes Educators, plus connections with local allied health businesses. These aren't tick‐the‐box meetings; they're genuine case‐sharing discussions that sharpen your clinical reasoning across complex presentations.
We run regular internal education sessions covering clinical topics relevant to our caseload, think NDIS complexities, chronic disease programming, motivational interviewing, DVA and compensable scheme nuances, and more.
Professional Development Support
We actively support and invest in your external professional development. Whether it's ESSA PD events, conferences, or specialist courses, we'll back you in building the skills that matter to you and your clients.
What We're Looking For
* ESSA‐accredited AEP (or eligible for accreditation)
* Eligibility to provide services under Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, and/or TAC
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine passion for client‐centred, evidence‐based practice
