Junior Civil Engineer – Land Development & Infrastructure
Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across land development, urban infrastructure, subdivisions and civil engineering throughout Western Australia. With a growing pipeline of work and long‐standing client relationships across both the public and private sectors, they are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join their collaborative and high‐performing team based in Busselton.
Working closely with experienced engineers and project teams, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a variety of land development and infrastructure projects across WA. This role offers hands‐on exposure to all stages of project delivery and provides an excellent platform to build a successful career within a respected engineering consultancy.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the design and delivery of land development and subdivision projects
* Support the preparation of civil engineering designs for roads, drainage, earthworks and associated infrastructure
* Assist with design documentation, reports and technical drawings
* Work closely with senior engineers, designers and project stakeholders
* Support project delivery to client and council requirements
* Contribute to technical solutions across residential, commercial and infrastructure developments
* Participate in site inspections and project coordination activities
Skills & Experience
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or currently completing final year studies
* 0 to 3 years' experience within civil engineering, land development or infrastructure projects
* Strong interest in land development, subdivisions and urban infrastructure
* Willingness to learn and develop technical engineering skills
* Exposure to AutoCAD, 12D or similar civil design software is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
* Positive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long‐term engineering career
