We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Driver Trainer to join our team in Perth. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work independently within our National Driver Trainer team while fostering strong relationships with our depot supervisors and operational employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with the National Driver Trainer Team
* Developing strong working relationships with our Mackay depot employees and supervisors
* Facilitating onboarding and training for new employees
* Providing guidance and learning opportunities to current employees
* Completing assessments for recruitment candidates
* Maintaining employee training compliance
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A current MC Licence (highly desirable)
* Cert IV in Training and Assessing or working towards completing one
* Previous experience delivering classroom training & in-field engagement
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with various stakeholders
