What you'll do 
Represent Telstra Retail as a Retail Consultant in-store, delivering consultative service and solutions to customers 
Build knowledge of the latest tech and gadgets through ongoing training and development 
Support customers to connect faster, better, and smarter with Telstra products and services 
About you 
You're able to easily connect with a variety of new and existing customers 
You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers 
You drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs 
You are hungry to learn and grow within the role 
You have experience in a customer-facing role 
You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service
