We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.
You will join as a Senior Product Manager to help shape product strategy and execution. You will develop and manage the team\'s roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while collaborating with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver features. You will define product specifications, conduct user research, and manage the backlog to ensure timely launches. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and drive product enhancements. You will assess project priorities, conduct market analysis, and represent the team in cross-functional communications, leveraging your experience to create innovative solutions in the dynamic field of crypto payments.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the team\'s strategic roadmap and key milestones.
Partner with design, frontend, and backend teams to create outstanding features.
Outline product specifications, lead user studies, and manage the backlog for effective launches.
Interact with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
Conduct thorough market analysis to guide product direction.
Act as the team\'s representative in cross-functional collaborations and oversee specific product features.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in crypto payments.
Strong data-informed decision-making skills with a focus on user experience.
Track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams, including design, engineering, and marketing.
