We are seeking Support Workers to join our team, working with people with disabilities in Rockhampton.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities.
* Working across various settings, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Lifestyle programs.
* Facilitating client goal achievement through meaningful activities.
* Maintaining thorough record keeping and providing accurate reports.
* Building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
