About the role:
NHP are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our Automation, Safety & Motor Control product management team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to career development and growth within the company.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Rockwell Automation product portfolio, ensuring products meet market demands and contribute to overall business growth. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing product management, strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with market demands and business goals
- Manage key supply partner relationships and ensure alignment of both NHP and partner goals
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through product enhancements, new product introductions, and market expansion
- Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure products and tools meet their requirements and expectations
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
What you will bring to the role:
- Qualifications in industrial management, business administration, electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in related roles such as Product Management, Sales or Marketing positions in related or adjacent industries
- Understanding of the electrical products market, including market trends, competitive analysis, and regulatory knowledge
- Strategic planning and analysis skills, including goal setting, data analysis, and SWOT analysis
- Strong leadership, relationship-building and networking skills, including excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, brand development, and market research
Other Requirements:
- The role requires both domestic and international travel, and incumbents must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation
- Normal activities may require working outside of standard business hours (8:30am-5:00pm)
