Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through face-to-face and remote interactions.
* Support business development managers in completing contract renewals and new contracts.
* Follow established procedures to deliver professional service to stakeholders.
* Ensure productivity by scheduling technicians and service appointments effectively.
* Monitor and maintain task flow, ensuring seamless operations.
* Manage jobs using enterprise resource planning systems (ERP).
* Track daily activity and respond to calls promptly with first call resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
