Base salary from $90,000 to 95,000 per annum plus Super and Incentive
4 Ways Pty Ltd ("4 Ways") is looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Sales Specialist/ International Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the global fresh produce sector. This strategic role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence in key international regions (particularly Asia), and overseeing export-oriented campaigns for premium fresh fruits and vegetables. Reporting to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global strategy while aligning with the fast-paced demands of the perishable produce industry.
Your key responsibilities
· Formulate and implement policies and plans for sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations in consultation with other managers.
· Direct the development of initiatives for new products, marketing campaigns, and advertising strategies to promote our fresh produce internationally.
· Organise and control sales activities by setting product mix, defining geographical sales areas (focusing on export markets), and establishing customer service standards.
· Direct merchandising methods and distribution policies, including coordinating sales teams, agents, distributors, and logistics partners for efficient global supply chains.
· Direct sales methods and arrangements by setting competitive prices, credit terms, and contract negotiations to maximise profitability.
· Lead business development efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, importers, retailers, and distributors.
· Analyse market trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and adapt strategies quickly in a volatile industry.
· Oversee export compliance, trade regulations, and cultural considerations to support seamless market expansion.
· Manage and mentor a sales team, fostering a collaborative environment while achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
· Coordinate with both Australia team and Vietnam team to explore business opportunities for import & export between 2 markets.
Job Requirements
You are a strong commercial force with a passion for quality Fresh produce, backed by solid market insight.
What you bring to the table:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or International Trade).
· Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
· Proven sales and business development experience in the international fresh produce market, with an established network of buyers and importers.
· In-depth knowledge of market pricing dynamics, including trends, competitor analysis, and strategic pricing for profitability.
· Demonstrated sales success preferably fresh produce, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
· Skilled at building long-term client relationships based on trust and service excellence, while confidently handling claims and disputes.
· Export sales and marketing experience is a significant advantage, especially in international trade and market expansion.
· Quick to adapt to industry challenges (e.g., market shifts, seasonal changes) and seize new sales opportunities.
· Collaborative team player with direct, respectful communication and strong customer empathy.
· Attend trade fairs and industry events
· Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Asian languages (e.g., Vietnamese) highly desirable for client engagement and market penetration.
