MYER is looking for a Campaign Manager - Engagement Delivery who will be responsible for executing and optimising Myer’s personalisation strategy across key owned channels, including email, SMS, app, web, and in-store. This role leads a team of specialists, ensuring that personalised communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with Myer’s customer engagement strategy to drive customer satisfaction and commercial impact.
About the role:
- Provide coaching, support, and development to team to deliver operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture while implementing a continuous improvement mindset across campaign execution processes.
- Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for customer engagement.
- Execute the personalisation program of work across eDM, SMS, App, Web, and in-store channels.
- Ensure communications are delivered in a timely, accurate, and personalised manner.
- Continuously optimise processes and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
- Implement a test-learn-optimise approach to continuously enhance program performance.
- Analyse data and feedback to drive actionable insights and optimise future campaigns.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track the success of the personalisation program.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance metrics and program impact.
- Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
About you:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, specialising in personalization and campaign delivery.
- Experience (preferred) in retail or eCommerce.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of high performing individuals.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and customer data platforms.
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to create, present, and communicate business insights and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with experience in designing customer journeys and processes based on data insights.
- Customer-first mentality, ensuring all strategies and communications are aligned with customer needs and perspectives.
