Sales and Operations Manager, Sydney, Luxury Retail

I am currently partnered with IWC, part of the Richemont Group, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Operations Manager, based in Sydney.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the IWC AU/NZ Brand Manager, the Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for developing and improving the overall sales performance of the retail network in the region, managing a Sales and Operations Executive ad having full control/visibility of the administrative side of the business, including stock management and system maintenance.
Duties include:
- Ensure optimal product supply for each POS
- Provide regular reviews of sales development/meeting of objectives to retailers
- Propose/implement action plans and follow up on implemented actions and achievement
- Negotiate top display locations and the best visibility in all POS
- Provide best in class service level and keep a strong relationship with retailers and all POS teams
- Full support of the day-to-day product enquiries - price, availability & delivery
- Process of sales and purchase invoices in SAP and other relevant systems
- Proactively manage short, mid and long-term turnover projection
- Actively monitor discontinued stocks and develop/implement strategies to reduce exposure
- Ensure all reports are prepared, coordinated and submitted on time
- Maintain constantly updated reports on the business
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis
- Develop visit report template, filled in and shared systematically before and after each retailer meeting/POS visit
- Manage specific projects end-to-end, as and when required by the brand
- Provide systematic competitor and price positioning reviews
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor/Master's Degree or equivalent
- Preferably experience in Retail Sales and/or Operations and Customer Management
- Strong analytical and IT skills (e.g., Excel, SAP)
- High flexibility, independent and precise working style, good organisational skills
