Your new role
In this position, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, and adherence to safety standards. Full training on the company's specialised equipment will be provided for candidates with suitable transferable skills.
What you'll need to succeed
We welcome applicants from similar production/manufacturing environments, including:
Kitchen manufacturing
Plastics manufacturing
Related manufacturing or high‑volume production environments
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience operating factory or production machinery (similar machinery highly regarded)
A stable work history with consistent tenure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliability and a strong team mindset
Warehouse experience
Current forklift licence
