The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to process export documentation and coordinate the flow of logistical communication to internal stakeholders, customers, and Third-Party Logistic providers.

* Has experience or exposure to the transport and logistics industry
* Learns quickly and enjoys problem-solving
* Works well under pressure and communicates confidently
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning daily transport operations, including container preloads and driver scheduling
* Help allocate jobs to drivers and communicate start times
* Support import container bookings and same-day/next-day scheduling
* Learn to monitor 1-Stop lists and manage time slot bookings
* Help avoid storage and detention fees through proactive planning
* Assist with coordinating empty container returns
* Support driver compliance, fatigue management, and CoR requirements
* Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams
* Gain exposure to platforms such as 1-Stop, Container Chain, and Freight Tracker
About You
* Background in transport or logistics (warehouse, yard, admin, operations support, or similar)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to grow with the company
* Understanding of container transport industry is a bonus
