Registered Nurse in Emergency Short Stay Unit

The role of a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Short Stay Unit (ESSU) presents an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ESSU is characterized by high acuity, offering continuous variety and professional challenge with every shift.

This unit caters to a diverse patient population, providing a comprehensive training ground for nurses seeking to develop their skills and expertise in emergency care.

As part of this team, you will be welcomed into a multidisciplinary unit where experienced Clinical Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Nurse Practitioners provide guidance and mentorship.

A strong leadership framework ensures oversight and support from a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager, Medical Co-Directors, and the Operational Nurse Manager for Critical Care. This collaborative approach empowers staff to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the unit.
