The Role:
* Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with Gough clients and candidates
* Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients
* Having hard conversations, influencing and helping clients and candidates discover what they want and making the match
* Business development to win new accounts & client meetings
* Working collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goal
* Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database
Who are we looking for?
* Experience within Recruitment and successful biller, preferably within the Property or related industry
* Meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills
* Articulate communication and ability to build key relationships
* A fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaboration
* Quick thinking, solutions focused and high-level customer service
