A strategic position within our organization, the SAP S/4HANA HCM Solution Architect will leverage expertise in solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and technical implementation to deliver a high-performing and future-ready ERP platform.
* Implementation Architectures for SAP Solutions
* Technical & Functional Solution Architecture Development
* Data Architecture Strategy
* Integration Architecture Design
* High and medium level designs options including analysis and recommendation
* Design Reviews and Validation Sessions Facilitation
* Migrating Implementation Approach
* Delivering and facilitating design, build, and architectural workshops and forums
* Documenting solution designs, patterns, and roadmaps for governance and decision making
Required Skills and Competencies
* Experience with SAP solutions including S/4 HANA HR, Payroll, time and leaves modules, configuration, customisation, and end-to-end migration programs
* Working knowledge of architectural frameworks and methodologies in the HCM module
* Proven ability to design end-to-end Enterprise SAP HCM solution aligning with business processes, data governance, and compliance requirements
* Experience in integration tools and technologies for SAP Cloud Platform integrations, cloud technologies like Azure or AWS, and their roles in HR and Payroll solutions
* Hands-on experience in data migration, system integration, BTP, Extensibility, and cloud-based ERP deployments, including understanding of legacy system constraints
