Job Description The Senior Manager, Profile Planning will be responsible for:
Lead a team of 2 direct reports with a focus on financial and strategic modelling Oversee key financial models related to business metrics, workforce planning, and cost allocation Manage end-to-end modelling processes to assess and report financial impacts Act as a trusted advisor to the Director, Finance Planning & Analysis Provide expert guidance on strategic analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling Deliver insights that support executive decision-making, budgeting, risk, and ROI assessment Stay at the forefront of analytics tools, modelling systems, and technology trends Bring a hands-on, process-driven approach to complex modelling challenges Build strong relationships and influence across a large, diverse, and complex organisation Apply a forward-thinking, strategic mindset to help shape future business direction The Successful Applicant The Senior Manager, Profile Planning will meet the following criteria:
Extensive senior-level finance experience in complex, fast-changing organisations, demonstrating resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards, with deep technical and analytical expertise handling large datasets and financial systems Proven track record as a collaborative and influential leader with strong project management and change delivery capabilities across large-scale transformations Demonstrated ability to lead and build high-performing teams in commercially focused settings Strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders High level of business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset and strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and impact Commercially minded, strategic thinker with deep experience leveraging data and technology to inform business decisions What's on Offer A generous salary and package on offer with great company benefits.
