They will also aid CNET in covering other news items and produce articles with interesting headlines, then use analytics to gauge audience reach of the story.
The job will also involve travelling on assignment and appearing in CNET video segments.The position will be open to journalists with at least four years' experience in a digital environment, particularly entertainment, science or internet culture.
They must have a proven record of journalistic integrity and story selection, ability to rapidly comprehend facts for analysis, write under tight deadlines, and have a strong social media/online presence.
Prospects should have also guested for culture-based podcasts and media discussions.
