About the Sales Assistant Role
We are seeking a talented sales professional to support our store operations and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
* Day-to-day retail sales and Point-of-Sale device operation;
* Donation collection, sorting, and pricing management;
* Visual merchandising and store presentation development;
* Providing excellent customer service;
* Stock display and Occupational Health and Safety compliance;
This is a flexible roster position requiring weekend work and adaptability across various locations.
About You
Prior retail sales experience is not essential but passion, energy, and outstanding communication skills are required. You must be aligned with our organization's mission and values to positively impact lives through your career contribution.
A high-energy individual with solid technical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and written/verbal communication skills is needed.
