You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in coordinating fuel deliveries, managing the depot, and keeping everything running safely and efficiently.

* Plan and schedule bulk fuel, drum fuel, and oil deliveries to customers and company sites, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Optimise delivery routes and fleet use to reduce costs and improve efficiency
* Maintain accurate delivery and stock records, including monthly stocktakes and inventory checks
* Provide hands-on support with loading and unloading deliveries when required
* Maintain depot vehicles, pumps, and equipment to ensure everything is serviced and safe to operate
* Engage with customers regularly, responding to inquiries and providing a high level of service
* Assist with receiving stock orders and ensuring all paperwork is accurate
What you will need:
* HC licence or above – ability to drive manual vehicles is essential
* Dangerous Goods licence, or ability to obtain.
* Knowledge of WA fatigue management and heavy vehicle regulations
* Experience in transport or logistics preferred
* Able to work reliably and independently in remote locations
* Familiarity with the Pilbara region is an advantage
* Be a self-motivated, organised, and practical problem-solver
