We're working with a well-respected and long-standing dealership group seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join their central admin hub. This is a key role supporting both sales and accounts, with plenty of room to grow.
What You'll Be Doing :
* Accounts - Receivable
* Support / back up for accounts payable & deal processing
* Providing general admin support and helping the office run efficiently
* Collaborating with other departments to streamline daily workflows
What They're Looking For :
* Previous admin experience within an automotive dealership (deal processing, AP / AR, etc.)
* Computer Literate - familiarity with ERA / Pentana DMS essential, Microsoft Office knowledge
* Exposure to general ledger reconciliations is a bonus
* Strong attention to detail and quick, accurate data entry with the ability to multi-task and organise
* A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
