The Role
As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team who deliver exceptional customer service. Our focus on continuity of care means you will have the time to build strong relationships with our residents.
* Maintaining files and documentation
* General administration and data entry
* Stationery ordering and petty cash management
* Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
* Ensuring efficient operation of the front reception area
* Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
* Administrative support for other departments
About You
* Previous experience working in a busy reception role
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills
* PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
* Ability to learn internal software systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
* Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
