Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead .Net Developer to guide our development team across complex, large-scale enterprise applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced project environment. You will shape technical strategy, drive best practices, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership for enterprise-level web applications.
* Lead or participate in delivery across multiple workstreams with a strong delivery track record within tight timelines.
* Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and foster collaboration across teams.
* Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, and best practices.
* Collaborate on modern integration solutions, cloud services, and secure enterprise environments.
* Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested .NET applications; build interfaces using AngularJS or Blazor WASM.
* Design and support integrations across enterprise applications and financial systems; monitor health and address issues proactively.
Qualifications
* Proven software development experience with leadership or managerial responsibilities.
* Experience delivering enterprise-level web applications.
* Strong delivery capability within tight project timelines.
* Outstanding leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
* Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Technical Skills
* Core Technologies: .NET development; integration platforms (Oracle ESB, APIM, SQL Server Reporting Services); AngularJS / Blazor WASM; SQL Server Management Studio; Git; Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
* Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault); monitoring tools such as App Insights, Grafana, OpsBridge.
* Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, VS Code; financial system integrations (e.g., BPoint, PowerBoard); ServiceNow; AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
What You'll Do
* Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested .NET applications.
* Build responsive interfaces using AngularJS or Blazor WASM.
* Conduct unit and integration testing; participate in code reviews; collaborate with UI/UX designers.
* Design and manage integrations across enterprise applications and financial systems; ensure secure, scalable data exchange.
