The Mortgage Sales Executive role is a vital component within our organization, focused on securing new business and fostering strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* To aggressively source and secure new mortgage loans for the bank.
* To attend developer launches, road shows, and property exhibitions to develop and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
* To cross-sell other banking products as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of SPM qualification.
* Possession of own transport.
