The Opportunity
We're growing our Hobart team and are looking for a personable, design-savvy Sales & Design Consultant to join us in a part-time role.
If you enjoy connecting with people, have an interest in interiors, or are looking to build a long-term career in a design-focused retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll become a trusted guide for customers, trades and designers by:
* Welcoming customers to the showroom and learning about their projects
* Providing design advice and product recommendations
* Preparing quotes, processing sales and coordinating deliveries
* Building strong relationships that create repeat customers
* Keeping updated on new ranges, design trends and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
* A friendly, engaging communicator with a passion for great customer service
* Interest or experience in interior design, sales or retail
* Confidence working with customers on colour, style and product selections
* Reliability, professionalism and a collaborative approach
* Part-Time (approx. 32 hours per week)
* Preferred availability: Monday–Wednesday + Saturday (negotiable)
* Based in our Hobart showroom
